Mindfulness is paying attention with openness and curiosity to the present moment. People who practice Mindfulness regularly experience a range of emotional, mental, physical and behavioral benefits like reduced stress, improved focus and memory, better coping with negative emotions and chronic pain, shedding bad habits and living more healthily and last but not least, greater inner peace, balance and happiness. Join these free weekly sessions on a regular basis to learn: •Various practices of mindfulness meditation that you can do on your own •Practical tips and exercises to bring mindfulness into your daily life •Group discussions, Q&A on various aspects of Mindfulness. •Establish a regular practice of meditation with the support of the group Come to one or come to all. Started in 2011, the company is a joint effort of the husband and wife team - Andy Lee and Alisha Aum. They offer Mindfulness classes and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programs across various locations in Fairfield and Westchester counties in CT and NY. The program is free of charge.
