Local filmmaker and animator, Jhonny Parks' short film, "Wound Up" is an abstract stop motion oddity that follows a story of an innocent life form who gets captured by an almost extinct breed of mechanical beings known as Junklings. These beings have limited life spans, contingent upon their wind-up mechanisms continuing to turn.
