 How old is your heart and what does that have to do with how long you will live? Dr. Michler will help individuals determine the age of their heart by taking a short quiz that looks at their risk factors and lifestyle choices. After the quiz, Dr. Michler's interactive discussion engages the audience on ways to "lower the age" of their heart by providing tips on nutrition, controlling blood pressure and cholesterol and living a healthy lifestyle as well as answering any questions about heart health and the science of staying healthy.

Robert Michler, MD, is the Surgeon-in-Chief, Professor and Chairman of the Department of Surgery and Professor and Chairman of Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

This interactive discussion is appropriate for men and women ages 35+.
