 The Friends of the Cos Cob Library and Staff are pleased to welcome Dr. Amy Zabin for a Musical Meditation session. A Music Therapist, Dr. Zabin will be taking participants into a deep level of relaxation using her crystal singing bowls, flute, and guitar. Through guided imagery you will feel rejuvenated and also deeply relaxed. The power of music can reach parts of our brains that instantly make us feel calm and peaceful. Dr. Zabin will give us the tools to more effectively deal with stress in our daily lives. All are welcome.

 Dr. Amy Zabin is a local resident who is Board Certified and has practiced Music Therapy for 30 years. She consults in Greenwich, Stamford and Norwalk Hospitals and teaches graduate students at NYU. She maintains a private practice in Greenwich. Her book "Conversations with a Pedophile: In the Interest of Our Children" has just entered a second printing and will soon be released.
