Every Hero Has a Story | June 15-August 8

Children grades K-6: register online (click on "sign me up" above)or in-person at Greenwich Library
Track your reading using the online log or using the Hero Activity Book that you can pick up at Greenwich Library's Superhero Headquarters.

Earn prizes and a Grand Prize raffle ticket for every 180min/3hrs read!

Reading milestone Prizes:
Read 180min/3hrs: Receive a Superhero puzzle cube and raffle ticket
Read 360min/6hrs: Receive Superhero playing cards and raffle ticket
Read 540min/9hrs: Receive a patriotic flashing bouncing ball and raffle ticket
Read 720min/12hrs: Receive a Super Reader lighted whistle key chain and raffle ticket
Read 900min/15hrs: Receive a READ lanyard and raffle ticket
Read 1080min/18 hrs: Receive a paperback book and raffle ticket

Be sure to visit the library to pick up your prizes and enter your tickets in the Grand Prize Raffle. Grand Prize winners will be announced at the summer reading finale on August 8th.

Track your reading online:
Each time you visit, log in using your user name and password and click on the “Add/View log” to add the books and the minutes you read.

Write a book review:
Tell us about a "super" book you read this summer! Write a review after logging your reading.

Pre-School Children: register at Greenwich Library for the Read-to-Me Club Receive a registration prize, weekly coloring sheet to track reading and small prizes from the treasure chest throughout the summer.

This is a funny adventure story. There was a giant monster that spit peanuts. The pirate was funny. I recommend this book to other children.
