Event Details

Join Danbury Library's "CODER"-In-Residence, Patrice Gans of Random Hacks of Kindness Jr. as she facilitates a coding workshop using robots! With robotics, coding becomes the language of play. Participants learn the fundamentals of computer programming by combining Wonder Workshop’s programming apps with real robots. This helps children to see coding in action and solidifies basic programming concepts (ie., sequencing, loops, problem solving and creativity). Another ideal feature of Dot & Dash is that children as young as five can master coding. *Must bring Apple or Android Device pre-loaded with the Make Wonder Apps: GO, BLOCKLY & WONDER.
